  1. Begin your claim. File your claim online or call us at 888-884-2424.
  2. Choose a jeweler. When you get our approval, contact a jeweler to repair or replace your item. We can help if you’re unsure of who to use.
  3. Pay your deductible. If your policy has a deductible, you should pay that amount to your selected jeweler. Your jeweler will then bill us for the rest. If you have a $0 deductible, and your replacement cost isn’t more than what the piece was insured for, you pay nothing.
  4. Insure your replacement jewelry. If your jewelry is replaced entirely, we’ll help you add it to your policy. If the jeweler repaired the piece, you don’t need to do anything.

Please note that you can only file a claim for a piece of jewelry listed on the Jewelers Mutual Insurance policy. To get started, you may need to submit documentation (e.g., an appraisal valuation or receipt showing purchase price of the piece to be insured).
