Ashlee joined Wiglesworth-Rindom at the beginning of 2022. Since then, she has been working to make insurance less intimidating for those who call our office. Her goals align with our mission as she notes, “Wiglesworth-Rindom stresses the educational aspect — while making sure everyone feels more comfortable — the client gains an understanding of what their policy encompasses and can find coverage to match their needs.” The standout of joining the team has been her coworkers, as everyone works together; Ashlee notes they made her transition into the role as smooth as possible.
Before joining our team, Ashlee worked in hospitality for over a decade, building her foundation for customer service. Throughout her time in that industry, Ashlee always enjoyed meeting and speaking with people from different walks of life and traveling to meet these people. She’s been able to work and live in cities along the East Coast — ranging from Newport, Rhode Island to Key West, Florida. As someone with such a strong background in customer service, Ashlee reflects kindness and compassion.
Outside of work, her favorite days are spent outside with her husband, John; son, Grayson; and a goofy Great Dane named Odie. Together, they enjoy what makes Florida so special to their family — whether that be a day at the beach, scoping a new fishing spot, hiking in a state park, or making a road trip down to the Keys.
