“We Give Back” Winner — September 2023

Mary & Scott Komatz donated $500 to the Florida Humane Society as part of Wiglesworth-Rindom’s “We Give Back” Charity Referral Program.

The Florida Humane Society is a non-profit charitable organization and has been servicing Broward and Palm Beach counties since 1993. The organization is fully volunteer based and is dependent entirely upon donations and the goodwill of the surrounding communities. The Humane Society is dedicated to saving the lives of unwanted companion animals through adoption and animals from death row. The Society takes care of all medical needs and expenses prior to adoption, while working on finding their animals a forever home. With their hard work, they have found new homes for approximately 2,800 animals per year.

Mary & Scott recently adopted two cocker spaniels, named Theo and Bear from the Humane Society. Theo and Bear are brothers that were able to stay together through the Humane Society’s efforts. If you are interested in donating or would like to volunteer, please visit the website here.
