Jessica joined Wiglesworth-Rindom Insurance in 2012 after a great experience working as a flight attendant with Delta Airlines — known for their customer service, this was the foundation for her success with our team. Working here, she contributes a big part of her experience to the team camaraderie, stating that her “coworkers make the job enjoyable.” As an account manager, Jessica initially resisted a promotion; instead she preferred to assist customers’ needs. Eventually, she would become not only an agent but also our senior client relations specialist; in this role, she played a vital role in the company by focusing on both customers’ and employees’ needs.
Jessica is to thank for developing many of our agency processes and procedures. In 2021, she began taking on the responsibility of training and onboarding every new Wiglesworth-Rindom team member. In 2023, Jessica was recognized by PIA as the National Customer Service Representative of the Year! With these achievements, Jessica confidently stepped into the agent role full time in October of 2023, with a strong and dedicated client relations team in her wake. Her role at Wiglesworth-Rindom has been a large factor of our continued growth!
Jessica moved to Florida from Brazil at the age of 9, without the ability to speak English; she had to overcome numerous obstacles. She now lives in Port St. Lucie with her husband, Sean. Jessica raised her younger sister, Barbara, since the age of 13, who has since grown and is now in college. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends (including her beloved dog, Archie), watching Syfy or anything on TV. Friends and family are significant to her and take up the majority of her time outside the office.
